Justin is a first-year medical student at Weill Cornell Medical College. He received his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University, where he mentored and tutored a wide range of individuals. During his time at Johns Hopkins, he was awarded the Dean of Student Life Achievement Award for his contributions to the Hopkins community through Residential Life, Jail Tutorial Project, and Hopkins Hawai’i ‘Ohana.
For his gap year, Justin was the Operations and Partnerships Fellow at MERIT, a nonprofit that aims to eliminate health disparities by providing mentorship and educational opportunities to Baltimore City teens. A few roles Justin filled were teaching laboratory skills and SAT prep classes, managing databases, and researching grants.
