Jordan is an incoming first-year student at Harvard Medical School. He graduated as Salutatorian from the University of Southern California in 2017 with a B.S. in Human Biology and a minor in East Asian Languages and Cultures. At USC, he taught and mentored students as a Supplemental Instruction leader for Advanced General Biology. He also developed a college prep class at a local non-profit to help first-generation students write strong college essays.
After graduation, Jordan was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to conduct longevity research in Okinawa, Japan. While affiliated with Okinawa International University, he conducted research with the Okinawa Centenarian Study, the longest ongoing study of centenarians worldwide. As a future physician, he is passionate about promoting healthy aging.
Jordan enjoys mentoring and helping applicants craft strong essays. Many of his mentees have been successful in attaining admissions to college, scholarships, graduation awards and competitive academic/graduate fellowships.
