Carolyn is a third-year medical student at Boston University School of Medicine. At the age of fifteen, she was accepted to college early through the Early Entrance Honors Program in California State University, Los Angeles, majoring in Biochemistry.
Carolyn spent a year as a Teach for America STEM Fellow before applying to medical school. Carolyn has years of experience tutoring and mentoring, as she not only tutored writing, math, and chemistry throughout college but also served in the admissions committee for her Honors program in her senior year. Now in the midst of her rotations, she is excited to help others achieve their goals of becoming physicians and seeing her students succeed.
