Angela is a first-year medical student at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology at Princeton University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She has conducted basic science research in neuroimmunology, developmental biology, and chromatin biology while at Princeton, A*STAR (Singapore), the University of Oxford, and The Rockefeller University. She is also interested in health policy and has conducted policy research at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Outside of her research, Angela has tutored and mentored students since high school. She loves to work with students, and she is excited to guide students as they navigate the enigma that is the medical school application process
